Role Overview  
Position: Associate- Customer Delight 
Location: Bengaluru 
Team: Customer Delight 
 
What You’ll Own: 
● Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media.  
● Maintain a deep understanding of Bolt.Earth’s products, services, and customer service policies.  
● Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.  
● Clearly and concisely explain product features and solutions to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.  
● Proactively identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services to enhance their experience.  
● Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to Bolt.Earth’s charging solutions and IoT-enabled devices.  
● Handle escalations effectively by addressing concerns with a problem-solving mindset and ensuring a positive resolution.  
● Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, operations, and product teams) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.  
● Participate in training and continuous learning programs to stay updated on industry best practices and new product developments.  
● Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, ensuring a customer-first approach in all interactions. 
 
What You Bring  
● 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in the technology, mobility, or EV industry.  
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or any relevant field.  
● Experience handling customer queries across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and social media.  
● Hands-on experience in after-sales service and issue resolution.  
● Proficiency in managing escalations and de-escalating difficult customer situations.  
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.  
● Prior experience with CRM tools such as Freshdesk, Zoho, or similar platforms.  
● Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in Telugu or Tamil is a plus.  
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs.  
● Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
