About the Role

We're looking for a rare hybrid: part builder, part marketer, and fully AI-native. You'll be the person who can spin up a marketing dashboard in the morning, ship a website copy-and-code update by afternoon, and use AI tools to move 3x faster than traditional specialist would.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone early in their career who is scrappy,  curious, and already living in tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and no/low-code platforms. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering and marketing, giving the team a single source of truth on performance and the ability to act on it instantly.

You don't need years of experience. You need to be genuinely fast, resourceful, and comfortable teaching yourself whatever the task demands with AI as your co-pilot.

What You'll Own

1. A Centralised Marketing Dashboard:
Build and maintain one unified view of marketing performance so the team stops stitching numbers together manually. This includes:
  • Website & analytics: traffic, sources, conversions, funnels (GA4, Search Console,Hotjar/Clarity).
  • Social & content: reach, engagement, and growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, plus content calendar and output tracking.
  • Performance marketing: spend, CAC, ROAS, and campaign results across Google, Meta, and other paid channels.
  • PR & brand: coverage, mentions, and share of voice.
  • CRM & pipeline: lead flow, MQL/SQL movement, and marketing-sourced revenue (Zoho CRM or equivalent). Tie it together in a live dashboard (Looker Studio, Power BI, or a lightweight custom build) that leadership can check any time.
2 Fast Website Content & Code Updates
  • Be the go-to person for getting things live quickly, without waiting on an engineering sprint
  • Content updates: landing pages, blog posts, product pages, and SEO metadata.
  • Code updates: HTML/CSS/JS tweaks, component changes, and CMS work
  • (WordPress, Webflow, or a modern framework).
  • Tracking & tags: implement and QA pixels, events, and analytics tags.
  • Speed & quality: ship reliably, test before publish, and keep the site fast and clean.
3 AI-Powered Execution Across Marketing
  • Use AI to compress the work of several roles into one:
  • Draft and repurpose content, ad copy, and briefs with AI, then refine for brand voice.
  • Automate reporting, data cleanup, and repetitive workflows (Zapier/Make, scripts, AI agents).
  • Prototype internal tools and micro-sites rapidly with AI coding assistants.
  • Turn raw data into clear insights and recommendations for the team.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves
  • AI-native: you already use AI tools daily and reach for them instinctively to work faster.
  • Hands-on coding: comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; can read and modify a codebase and work in a CMS.
  • Data fluency: comfortable with spreadsheets, basic SQL, and building/reading dashboards.
  • Marketing curiosity: understand the basics of digital marketing funnels, SEO, and paid channels (or eager to learn fast).
  • Bias for action: scrappy, resourceful, and able to ship without a lot of hand-holding.
  • Clear communicator who can explain numbers and trade-offs simply.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio / Power BI, or Zoho CRM.
  • Familiarity with a modern framework (React/Next.js) or Webflow/WordPress.
  • Exposure to performance marketing (Google/Meta Ads) or SEO tooling.
  • Automation experience with Zapier, Make, or scripting.
  • Interest in EVs, clean energy, or sustainability.

A Day in the Life

Morning: refresh the marketing dashboard, flag a dip in a paid campaign, and share a Quick note with the team.  
Midday: push a new landing page live and fix a broken tracking event.  
Afternoon: use AI to draft three ad variants and a blog post, then wire up an automation that emails a weekly report. You move between marketing and code all day, and AI is in the loop for most of it.
