About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Service Executive to manage installation, commissioning, and after-sales service activities across Kerala. This role will serve as a dedicated field resource, ensuring seamless deployments, timely issue resolution, and a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute charger commissioning activities across assigned locations.
- Manage after-sales service requests and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams and service partners as required.
- Work closely with customers, dealers, vendors, and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor charger uptime and service performance across the region.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and field activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Diploma / bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, field service, installation, maintenance, or technical support roles.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and field operations.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and customer management skills.
- Comfortable traveling across Kerala for installations and service support.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EV charging infrastructure, electrical equipment, solar, telecom, or automotive service operations.
- Familiarity with installation, commissioning, and after-sales support processes.
