About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Operations to manage smart charger installations and field operations across Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth deployment, operational excellence, and timely resolution of on-ground issues related to EV charging infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end installation and commissioning of smart chargers across assigned locations.
- Manage field operations and ensure timely completion of installation activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, electricians, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Conduct site assessments and provide installation readiness feedback.
- Monitor charger performance and ensure operational uptime.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of charger-related issues and escalations.
- Track installation progress, maintain operational records, and prepare status reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards during deployment.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and field audits.
- Work closely with OEM, sales, and customer support teams to deliver superior customer experience.
Requirements
- Diploma / bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in field operations, electrical installations, EV charging infrastructure, solar, telecom, or similar industries.
- Understanding electrical systems, wiring, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience coordinating with field vendors and technicians.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Andhra Pradesh.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in EV charging infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
- Familiarity with charger installation and commissioning processes.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to electrical installations.
