Role Summary
We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Supply Chain to support procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply planning activities across the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-growing EV technology company.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Support purchase order creation and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery schedules.
- Track procurement status and follow up on material availability.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement across warehouses.
- Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and reporting.
Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate material dispatches, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Assist in resolving logistics and supply-related issues.
Planning & Analytics
- Support demand forecasting and material planning activities.
- Analyze inventory consumption and replenishment requirements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on procurement, inventory, and logistics metrics.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Support implementation of operational best practices and process enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- BE/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or related engineering disciplines.
- 0–1 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Operations.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts and inventory management.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Internship experience in manufacturing, operations, procurement, or supply chain functions is an advantage.
