What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and result driven Inside Sales Associate who can engage with potential customers through outbound calling, generate and qualify leads, and schedule face-to-face meetings for the field sales team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, customer interaction, lead generation, and driving sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and available lead databases.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, customer outreach, and follow-up activities.
- Identify customer interest levels and create opportunities for further business discussions.
Appointment & Meeting Coordination
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled face-to-face meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth follow-ups and meeting closures.
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant solutions accordingly.
Product Understanding
- Develop strong knowledge of Bolt. Earth's products, charging solutions, and EV ecosystems to confidently pitch to customers.
Objection Handling
- Address customer concerns professionally and maintain positive engagement throughout the sales process.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and meeting statuses in CRM systems.
- Ensure timely updates on lead progress and conversion metrics.
Market Awareness
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to improve sales conversations.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in inside sales, tele calling, outbound sales, or lead generation roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages preferred.
- Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with customers.
- Customer-centric approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any South Indian language will be an added advantage.
