Role Overview
Position: Senior Associate - Accounts Payable
Location: Bengaluru
Team: Finance
What You’ll Own:
Monthly Accounting Closure: Ensure timely and accurate monthly accounting closure along with schedule review.
Prepaid & Provision Expenses: Hand on experience to manage the provision expenses month on month
MIS Reporting: Prepare and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports related to accounts payable.
Daily Entries: Record daily entries related to accounts payable.
Expense Ledger Management: Manage the expenses ledger with detailed insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST TDS & TCS and all other relevant regulations.
Ownership: Take ownership of activity closure and manage the entire accounts payable function related to operational tasks.
What You Bring:
-Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com) minimum.
-3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
-Experience in a startup environment is an advantage
-Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Zoho
-Strong proficiency in MS Office, with a mandatory focus on Excel
