Role Overview  
Position: Associate - Inside Sales
Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain an updated database of leads, follow up consistently, and ensure lead conversion.
  • Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable solutions.
  • Collaboration with Field Sales – Work closely with the business development and field sales teams to align sales efforts.
  • CRM Management – Log all sales activities, update lead status, and track progress using Zoho CRM.
  • Revenue Contribution – Support revenue targets by converting leads into opportunities and assisting in deal closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development (preferably in B2B sales).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls & emails.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM or similar sales tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
